10th Grade: Finish your novel assignment! Since we have our Honors Day tomorrow during 1st period, your vocabulary quiz will be on Monday.

11th Grade: Finish your novel assignment. Vocabulary quiz #2 will be tomorrow. Also, chapter 2 and 3 questions for The Great Gatsby are due tomorrow!

12th Grade: Study for vocabulary quiz. Be ready to tell me your choice for the Poetry Professor project on Monday!

Wednesday, January 27

10th Grade: Finish reading the story, "Fall in the House of Usher," and finish answering the questions provided in the packet I gave you on Monday.

11th Grade: Begin reading Chapter 3 of The Great Gatsby and answer questions for Chapter 2 and 3. This will be due on Friday.

12th Grade: Read "In Memorium" on page 849 and answer questions 1-4.

11th Grade: For Monday, please finish Chapter 1 of The Great Gatsby and answer chapter questions on a separate sheet of paper, in complete sentences. Also, don't forget that there will be a vocabulary quiz- study! Your Independent Novel Assignment is due next Friday!

Next semester is upon us and we have lots to do! There are a few date changes for a few assignments, so please read carefully!

10th Grade: Homework tonight is to work on your portfolio assignment- DUE FRIDAY, JANUARY 22! Individual Novel Assignment #2 will not be due until FRIDAY, JANUARY 29, so that gives you an extra week to complete it. I will try to keep homework to a minimum until these two assignments have been turned in.
